We would like to welcome Sarah Jelley, the newest member to our Board as of December 28, 2008.
Sarah Jelley is the Human Resources Director for NatureBridge - bringing youth to environmental science in the National Parks.
Sarah Jelley was most recently the Service Delivery Leader, West Coast, for Futurestep North America, a Korn/Ferry Company, based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. Jelley designed and implemented the talent acquisition solutions for clients. Ms. Jelley was the firm’s expert on assignments in non-profit, sales, marketing and human resources.
Prior to Futurestep, Ms. Jelley worked for Kaiser Permanente, Northern California, where she served as a Management Consultant for their Recruitment Services Improvement Project. She spearheaded significant improvements to their recruitment operations processes, re-engineering the interview process, partnering with compliance and labor relations organizations, and establishing service benchmarks.
Recruited to McKesson Corporation, Ms. Jelley worked as Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, she improved their talent management process, and also both created and chaired an enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition Steering Committee (TASC).
Ms. Jelley’s career experience also includes time with McKesson Health Solutions, Luminant Worldwide Corporation and two retained executive search firms, as well as an entrepreneurial venture.
She is President for SFArtsED, the San Francisco Arts Education Project, as well as an active member of the Vassar College Scholarship and Admissions Committees for the San Francisco Bay Area chapter.
Ms. Jelley holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College in Art History.
